Kundalini Krya - Power Yoga
This is a traditionally inspired class meant to raise your kundalini energy up through the spine and chakra systems-elevating your electromagnetic frequency and harnessing the power of sovereign awareness. While this is a power yoga class, it will be designed as beginner friendly with the intention of keeping you grounded and supported.

Kundalini Yoga - Portal of Manifestation
This is a traditionally inspired class with opening and closing mantras, a focus on the gentle elevation of energy, breathwork and meditation. Practitioners at all levels are welcome.
