I’m so incredibly blessed and humbled to officially launch the BreathBreak Method™ Certification Training — a practice that has been quietly evolving through years of personal healing, trauma-informed study, and the power of the breath.
This one-day, in-person experience is more than a workshop — it’s a nervous system reset, a deep dive into your body’s own ability to regulate, restore, and remember peace.
