🔹 8:30 AM - Registration & Check-In
∙ Opens at the Milloy Street Entrance of Ford Test Track
∙ Drop your donation sheet and pledges off with our registration team
∙ "I'm Walking For" Zone: Share your personal connection, who you are walking for and snap a photo.
∙ Pre-Walk Fuel: Grab a few snacks or a hot cup of coffee! Water and fruit provided by OneSource Moving Solutions Windsor/Essex and Snack Bags by Del Fresco Pure *while supplies last!*
∙ Visit our Memory Garden to purchase a pinwheel in honour of someone you will be walking for that day. The 2025 Memory Garden is sponosred this year by Unifor Local 2458 in memory of Gilda Porco.
🔹 9:00 AM - Free Yoga: For all skills and abilities! Bring your own mat.
🔹 9:30 AM - Free Face Painting: Get in the spirit to walk on the wild side with free face painting by the talented Jenny Pattison until 11:30 AM.
🔹 9:45 AM - Opening Ceremonies: Get moving with a quick warm-up, plus hear from our dedicated sponsors at IG Wealth Management and get ready to walk!
🔹 10:00 AM - Official Walk start:
∙ Ford Test Track is a 2 km walk with approximately 3,000 steps.
∙ Go at your own pace or follow the signs for a shorter loop back to the starting point
∙ Stroller & pet friendly and Mobility device accessible.
🔹 11:00 AM - Post Walk Celebration:
∙ Celebrate the incredible efforts of fellow walkers and teams with top fundraising awards.
∙ Enjoy face painting, giant lawn games and arts & crafts.
∙ Fun Zone: Shop our vendors and local raffle prizes!
🔹 12:00 PM- Thank you for making a difference! Thank you for your incredible support and have a wonderful rest of your day.
