Glow & Flow Yoga

Join us on Friday, October 24th, for a spook-tacular Halloween event at 7pm!

Start by painting yourself with glow paint and then step in to our black light lit studio!

We will flow through 60 minutes of poses while immersing ourselves in the glow 👻

Enjoy warm apple cider and a major sugar fix of all your favourite Halloween candy! 🍬🍫🍭

This will be a fun, glowy, flowy all levels experience.

There are only 12 spots available for this event!
