Windom Senior frozen Meal Pop Up

10 frozen meals per qualifying client. Qualifying factor is ages 60 and above.
LSS Meals invites you to a free, community dining
event near you. These healthy, delicious meals are
for older adults, who are 60 years or older.
Our delicious meals are designed by a registered dietitian
to provide variety and balanced nutrition to meet dietary
needs. The homestyle frozen meals only require reheating.

LSS Meals – More than just a meal!
ELIGIBILITY:
LSS Meals distribution events are for older adults, 60 years
or older, to assist them in maintaining good nutrition.
HOW IT WORKS:
You will need to fill out a quick and easy form to pick up
meals. An LSS team member or volunteer will be there to
assist you.
COST:
There is no cost for the meals. We accept donations to help
sustain our services
