Sunday Sound Therapy Session

Relax, destress and improve your sleep by spending an hour relaxing to the sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and more. Stress causes dis-ease in our bodies that over time causes disease (hypertension, stroke, anxiety, and more). Set aside this time to take care of yourself. Come alone or bring a friend.
