COURSE OVERVIEW
This transformative workshop is designed to inspire a shift in organisational culture by embedding customer-centric values into employee attitudes and daily behaviours. It empowers participants to rethink how they view service, teamwork, and accountability—placing the customer (internal or external) at the heart of every interaction.

By drawing from behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and practical service strategies, the program strengthens communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. It also addresses negative attitudes, siloed thinking, and resistant behaviour, enabling participants to contribute to a more respectful, responsive, and productive workplace.

Whether serving citizens, clients, or internal stakeholders, this course helps organisations align staff conduct with service excellence goals and public trust expectations.
