🧘♀️ Overview of Instruments: Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks & more
🎼 Playing Techniques & Creating Soundscapes
🤍 Holding Space: Setting intention, creating safe environments, and working with group energy
