This event is designed for grassroots coaches, club volunteers, players, and anyone passionate about making football more inclusive and supportive for women and girls. The day will be filled with practical workshops, insightful presentations, and inspiring conversations focused on women’s health in the football community.
By the end of the event, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the barriers women and girls face in football, practical strategies to create a more inclusive environment, and new connections to support your work on and off the pitch. Whether you're involved as a player, coach, or volunteer, this event will give you the knowledge and tools to help shape a healthier, more inclusive future for women in football.

Info: Join Liz, a women’s health physiotherapist, for a female-only workshop covering pelvic floor health, ACL injury prevention, and key topics in women’s health. Expect light mobility exercises. Ideal for football players.
Info: Explore how to make your club more welcoming for women and girls by addressing common barriers to participation. This workshop covers adapting facilities, improving safety and accessibility, kit considerations related to body confidence and the menstrual cycle, and tailoring training sessions to better support female players.
