Sound Healing Immersion

An immersive and expansive experience and deeply restorative hour where you can fully relax to the sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, gong, and voice.

During this Sound Bath Immersion, different sounds are combined to create a relaxing and therapeutic effect.

Himalayan and Crystal bowls bring deep, clear and harmonious sounds. This is complemented with the gong which creates an oceanic sound facilitating both healing and transformation.

During a sound bath or sound therapy session or by creating the vibrational frequency with our own voices, we can access the healing frequencies that our bodies need. Brainwave frequencies change bringing us into the healing alpha brainwave state.

We have a unique sound signature and as we become more attuned to this we can begin to take responsibility for our own health and well-being.
