NAACP Winchester Area Freedom Fund Gala Fundraiser

Tickets on sale now! It is the largest fundraising event for the Winchester Area local chapter of NAACP. Funds are used for various chapter projects, such as scholarship funds and youth-oriented programming. The banquet includes:
