Mother Baby Wisdom Circle

Mother Baby Wisdom Circle is for mothers who have given birth and desire support navigating the first year with their babies. Pregnant women are also invited to join and learn from other women who have just given birth. Postpartum is rich with transformation where all of our ‘old’ ways become altered in one way or another: and we will be diving into many topics that come up: breastfeeding, sleeping, intimacy, sibling relationships, nourishment, self-care, healing, pelvic floor care, breath, herbalism, baby milestones, returning or not returning to work and so much more. This is also a time to create a space for sharing joys and tears, building community, growing more rooted and nourished. Led by Natalia Ossinova
