In this fun, hands-on evening, Blair will demonstrate:
Two Gourmet Pizza Crusts – perfect for deep dish and beyond
Two Gourmet Sauces – versatile bases for countless pizza creations
Fruit Pizza for Dessert – a sweet twist to finish the night
You’ll work in pairs to make your own pizza, giving you the chance to practice techniques and enjoy the process from start to finish.
