Join us Saturday, August 9th - we'll have TWO opportunities for you to get your sweat on at both 8:30 AM & 9:45AM! This week, we'll be at Shingleton Hall at Shenandoah University for an energizing 45-minute workout, Burn Boot Camp-style. Whether you’re new to fitness or already crushing it, this camp is for EVERYONE at EVERY level– just bring water and a friend (or three)!

🚗 Parking is free in the parking lot down the hill from the building as well as the parking garage behind the building off University Drive. Registration opens at 8AM, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in!
