A Free Monthly Yoga Class at ARE!

Join us for Embody & Empower: Yoga for All, a welcoming and affirming yoga class designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and at home in your body. This free, all-levels class blends mindful movement, breathwork, tapping and stretching, and relaxation to support self-expression, confidence, and inner balance.

Led by Mandy Loy, a yoga teacher specializing in meridians, gentle yoga, and energy healing, this practice is designed to meet you where you are—whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.

Come as you are, move in a way that feels good, and connect with a supportive community.
