Better Human Book Club - Meet and Greet

Let's gather to read books that help us be our best selves! Introducing the Better Human Book Club, a partnership between the Handley Library branch and MoveMentation.

Our focus is on books that help us to know ourselves and allow us to explore personal and communal growth together. This first Book Club gathering will be a "Meet & Greet" on May 7. You can bring a book you've read that helped you to "better human" and introduce yourself - and your book - to the group. We'll use the opportunity to get to know one another and to discuss scheduling and future readings.

After our Meet & Greet, we will meet on the first Wednesday of each month starting July 2. Our first book will be The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz.


Before turning our attention to discussing the selected book, we will start with some brief stretches and mild movement exercises. Book club meetings will be facilitated by Adrian VanKeuren of MoveMentation.


Free and open to the public. No registration required.
