Sweating and smiling with E-C 🥵

Fun and sweaty community class in the neighborhood for anyone who
* is looking to get active locally without the stress of the gym membership
* finds it difficult to make their schedule work with the gym timetable
* is not an avid fan of large group classes for ANY reason

Sweat and smile while participating in a mixed conditioning session (cardio, strength)
