Library Stroller Strides

Come stride with us, mamas! FIT4MOM Hays County will be leading a free Stroller Strides class at the Wimberley Village Library from 9am-10am. Bring your kiddos in a stroller/wagon or come solo! Come for the workout and stay for the library Story Time at 10:30am.

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

You'll just need water, a yoga/workout mat, and a stroller or wagon if you are bringing your kiddo. For safety purposes and so moms can focus on the workout, we do ask that kids 3 and under stay in a stroller/wagon for the duration of the workout. We interact with them and move around to keep them entertained. Kiddos 4 and older are welcome to sit on a mat or folding chair during the workout and walk with mom in between stations.
