Oktoberfest!

Binksberry Hollow is excited to announce that we will once again host the South Wilson Volunteer Fire Company's Fall Fundraiser! We’re sticking with the Oktoberfest theme and it’s going to be an amazing time! 

Join us for a feast of German dishes, including sausage, pretzels, roasted suckling pig, and fowl. Your ticket price includes soda and draft beer, with a cash bar also available. We believe in providing a true family farm experience with plenty of food and drink!

Enjoy music throughout the evening from The Bergholz German Band and Whirling Disc Entertainment.

Binksberry Hollow’s Chef Steven Binks has been a dedicated volunteer fireman and proud member of the South Wilson Volunteer Fire Company for 25 years. This organization is vital to our community and county, responding to tens of thousands of calls. At Binksberry Hollow, we are incredibly passionate about this organization because they are true servants of the community, and they rely 100% on donations for necessary training and equipment.

100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to the South Wilson Volunteer Fire Company. There are no administration fees or withheld funds—just straight-up money to support our local community.

For the first time, we’re offering premium 10-top tables right up front near the band so you and your crew can enjoy the best seats in the house without having to scramble for a spot. Each VIP table includes 10 tickets to the event, guaranteed reserved seating for your group, and the perfect vantage point for all the Oktoberfest fun. This is the easiest (and most comfortable) way to make the night unforgettable while giving back to the South Wilson Volunteer Fire Company.
