These Progression Pilates Classes are designed for clients seeking to continue to elevate their practice, building on the strength, control, and flexibility developed in Progression level sessions.
These classes will push you to refine your technique and challenge your endurance while maintaining safety and precision in every movement.
Exercises will feature levels of complexity and intensity, with layers of options provided to ensure each participant can explore their potential at an appropriate level. Sessions will emphasize Classical Pilates principles, incorporating flowing transitions and demanding sequences that require advanced strength, coordination, and focus.
While the core exercises will be performed on the mat, we will continue to integrate small equipment such as Balance Balls, Resistance bands, Slant Wedges or weighted balls to enhance the challenge and provide dynamic variety.
