Yin + Assists + Reiki + Live Singing/Music

In our next workshop experience, we will focus on supporting the Heart Energy Center: Love, Gratitude, Compassion & Connection 💚

When your heart chakra is in balance you feel connected to those closest to you, you feel cared for, and you feel love for yourself and others.

Having a balanced heart chakra is incredibly important for your quality of life.

Your ability to love not only affects your emotional and mental state but your physical body as well.

Join us as we collaborate to offer supported grounding for the physical body with an emphasis on opening more deeply in a safe container. In addition we will serve the energetic body with reiki healing and sound by Becki’s beautiful voice live.

Becki has a long history in the music industry. Her sound is powerful and her yoga assists are an amazing and a nurturing addition to the yoga poses.

Mercedes has been teaching yin yoga for 12 years and has been practicing reiki for just as long. In addition, she teaches reiki trainings and is a seasoned educator.
