Workshop: All about Prayer

For anyone who wants to explore their own spiritual foundation and beliefs about God and prayer.

We’ll start with a dive into your heart to answer these questions:
• What is God?
• What do you believe about God?
• What is your word for God?
• How does God work in your life?

With this foundation we will explore the activity called prayer.
• What it means.
• How it works.
• What it sounds like.
• Why it matters.

Facilitated by Rev Paula. She will share her understanding of prayer as taught in the Unity tradition. She will also demonstrate prayer. Everyone will have a chance to write and/or recite prayers using prompts she will present.

There is no right or wrong way to pray. When prayer creates a space for the Divine in mind and heart, the one who prays is changed. What a great gift and a great relief
