Women's Circle: Self-Care for Seasonal Transitions

As the heat of summer slowly fades and autumn begins to whisper at the door, we gather to honor this sacred in-between. Through meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, stillness and heartfelt sharing, we’ll reflect on what we’re harvesting from this season and what we’re ready to release. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe deep and take stock of what’s been growing- both externally and internally. This is a space to connect deeply—with yourself, with nature’s rhythms, and with a supportive circle—so you can step into the next season with clarity, ease, and presence.

Please bring a journal/notebook or piece of paper and something to write with.
