A calming session of mindfulness and stretching to release stress, relax your body, and reset your mind — surrounded by nature’s peace.

Don't forget yoga mat! Can't sit on the ground? Bring a chair and do this session in a chair. Parking is close to our designated area for our session. No walking. Free Parking.
