IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR!!!
It’s time to start thinking about how you can participate in our annual Santa Row!
This year's event will be held on Saturday, December 6th, starting at 9:00am…..on the water at 10am.
**General public are welcomed & encouraged to gather on the Wilmington Riverfront Riverwalk to watch the festive boat parade!**
For those of you who are new to WRC, this is a fund-raising event that benefits the Ministry of Caring in Wilmington. The idea is to get a crew together, which may consist of an 8+, 4+, or a 4x, and the best-decorated boats win medals. Medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and the judging is determined by representatives from the Ministry of Caring. You are encouraged to invite friends and family, especially the kids, to see some of the whackiest boats out on the Christina River and have a good time back at the boathouse with lots of treats and hot beverages. In the past there have been an 8+ full of Santas, Penguins, Toy Soldiers, etc. So, use your imagination and think 1st place.

SANTA ROW TO DO LIST
1. Get A Boat Crew Together/or let us know your looking for a crew or crew members
2. Submit Participation Form
3. Pick a theme
4. Develop those costumes
5. Come up with boat decorations, music accompaniment (optional)
6. Make a boat reservation (11/22)

Bribing the judges with themed candy is encouraged, effective and allowed!
