Gong Beyond Somatic breathwork

A deeply Transformative release, not like any sound bath you have been to this is a displisic practice passed to my by my Indic Teachers for healing and processing this Pranic yog practice this somatic gong bath, designed to meet the body where it holds what the mind couldn’t process. This is more than a sound bath—it’s a therapeutic experience to gently address stored trauma, emotional suppression, and patterns of holding.

In honor of the Lion’s Gate portal, we’ll open with a ceremonial cup of Blue Lotus tea, known for its heart-opening and nervous system-soothing properties. You’ll then be guided into somatic breath pranic practices and deep inner work together with community all while bathed in the resonant power of my indic gong—an instrument that help us move energy beyond what we can imagine.

This sacred modality was given to me through direct experience and training with my Indic teachers in Goa, whose presence and teachings are honored in every offering.
