Join us for a mouthwatering journey into the world of smoked meats as we dive into the art of preparing Pulled Pork, Ribs, and Chicken — all cooked low and slow to perfection. This live demo is led by Eudell Watts of Old Arthur’s Barbecue, drawing on over 160 years of family barbecue tradition. Eudell, the great-great-grandson of Old Arthur himself, will walk you step-by-step through time-honored techniques to season, smoke, and serve these classic cuts.

Whether you’re a backyard beginner or a seasoned pitmaster, you’ll pick up expert tips on wood selection, rubs, temperatures, timing, and more. Best of all — come hungry! You’ll sample every dish throughout the class, paired with your choice of beer, wine, or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage.
