Welcome to Read & Breathe, a sacred monthly gathering where words become medicine and community becomes sanctuary. This body–mind–spirit book club invites you to exhale deeply, open your heart, and journey through the pages of transformative reads.
Each month, we explore a collectively and thoughtfully chosen book that nurtures the soul, inspires self-growth, and invites reflection. Together, we slow down, sip tea, share insights, and integrate the wisdom through grounding practices like breathwork, journaling, or gentle movement.
Whether you're a seasoned seeker or just beginning your inner journey, Read & Breathe offers a cozy, supportive space to connect, grow, and feel seen.
Format (90 minutes):
Sacred Arrival (10 min)
Gentle breathwork, guided grounding, or intention setting
Soulful Book Discussion (55 min)
Reflective prompts + open dialogue (no pressure to finish the book!)
Integration Ritual (20 min)
Journaling, light yoga or movement, card pulls, or meditation aligned with the book's theme
Closing Blessing (5 min)
Group reflection + preview of next month's book choices that we all choose together by vote
