While you rest in the gentle embrace of an aerial silk hammock, soothing sound waves from crystal bowls and other healing instruments will surround you. The ethereal glow of cosmic lights enhances the dreamy atmosphere, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal.
As you float, experience hands-on Reiki healing from Jason Martinez (RMT) and Cassie Clegg (Reiki Master Level 3). Reiki energy promotes mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical harmony, enhancing your journey of self-discovery and restoration.
This sonic and energetic voyage features frosted crystal bowls, Tibetan and Buddhist temple singing bowls, aluminum bowls, and water-inspired instruments like the ocean drum and rain stick. Conscious music with binaural beats and affirming lyrics further supports your healing process.
Mats, Pakapillows, and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring any personal items for added comfort. No aerial yoga experience is needed—THIS IS NOT A MOVEMENT BASED CLASS. Simply dress in cozy clothing, relax, and allow yourself to receive the transformative power of sound and Reiki.
