Candlelit Sound Bath
Steve Turner will guide you through a few rounds of focused breathing to slow the mind and help the body relax. We will set intentions. He will guide you in a guitar meditation focused on breath and continue in a healing ceremony featuring rich tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, rain stick, pyramid, Shruti box, toning flute and many other soothing sounds. Steve will walk around with Gong’s and bowls and other instruments so you can feel the vibrations up close and personal. There’s nothing better than the releasing effect of a gong. He also walks around with chimes rain sticks and other soothing instruments.
Sound is energy & vibration. These vibrations will allow us to enter an altered state of consciousness & brainwave function, through which we may experience personal insights, spontaneous healing, & adventures within.
A "Sound Bath" can be an unforgettable experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Physical injuries can be healed. Old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed. You feel truly, vibrantly alive...
The musical vibrations will bounce around the room and work their magic. You will leave energized yet relaxed, ready for a great nights sleep and a positive week ahead.
No Yoga experience required. Your journey can be lying down or a comfortable seat that works for you.
We will be fully immersed in the healing sounds, warm candlelight, and a focus on self-exploration and discovery. Let the vibrations soothe your being, mind body and soul.
