Prepare With Pedro: Tornadoes

Join Kandiyohi County Public Health and the American Red Cross at the Willmar Library to meet Pedro, the adorable penguin, who makes preparing for an emergency fun and kid-friendly. With Pedro, kids will explore different preparedness topics. This session: What to do if a tornado comes?

Each child will leave with a Prepare with Pedro storybook after each class.

Empowering children to be prepared in different scenarios can make an emergent situation seem less scary and spark important conversations with their caregivers about preparedness. Let’s get prepared together!
