About the event

Making Preserves, Pickles & Other Foods

Learn different methods to preserve food. You will make jam and pickles. $30 per person includes personalized, handmade journal, information packet on techniques and recipes, your own homemade fruit jam and pickles plus homemade scones with jam and lemon curd with strawberry lemonade and mint/cucumber water.
