Making Bread & Summer Beverages

Learn all about making switchel and other herbal beverages, baking mint bread & other sweet breads, sourdough bread and easy peasy no kneady bread. $30 per person includes personalized, handmade journal, information packet on techniques and recipes, your own homemade mint bread, switchel and a sourdough starter. Enjoy sampling mint bread, tea sandwiches, jammy tarts, lavender tea, rosemary tea and lemon water.
