About the event

Qigong (meditative movement) by the waterfall with Kirsten
Experience the power of doing slow movements by a waterfall. No previous experience required. Every Wednesday in July (may continue in August), join Kirsten Reitan for meditative movement qigong by the waterfall. We meet at the Handicapped parking overlook. Class is held unless actually raining. Please pre-register by texting your name and the date to 716-936-4179. Class is donation-based. $10-20 appreciated.
