Kids Yoga Club – Mindful Movement at Matoska Elementary (White Bear Lake, Grades 1–5)

A calm, creative, and confidence-building after-school experience!

Join The Mindfulness Movement for a new 4-week session of the Kids Yoga Club at Matoska Elementary School in White Bear Lake, hosted in partnership with White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation. Open to students in grades 1–5, this engaging after-school enrichment series offers a screen-free way to move, breathe, and recharge after the school day.

Each class includes:

🤸‍♀️ Gentle, playful yoga poses for kids

🌬️ Breathing techniques and calming games

🧠 Activities to build emotional regulation and focus

💛 A welcoming environment that fosters community and well-being

Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, this program supports students' mental, emotional, and physical health through mindful movement and intentional play.

🕒 Time: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
