UPLIFTING FLOW

Join the joyful and warm, Pina Nast, for Uplifting Flow; an inspiring yoga class to kick off the week with community and lively movement. Prepare for a comprehensive experience that caters to your specific needs, engaging every part of your body from head to toe, in a safe and supportive container. We'll start with a mindful warm-up and intention setting to tun inward, followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow, and wind down with restorative postures, and nourishing savasana. Leave feeling more connected to mind, body and soul and ready to take on your week from a grounded and balanced place.

Who is this class for? Beginners, intermediate, and advanced yogis.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
