TRANQUIL THURSDAYS

Indulge in tranquility each Thursday night with the incredible Lauren Larkin as she guides us through a blissful Yin Yoga Flow and sound experience. Expect gentle, flowing movements, that gracefully lead us into deep restorative stretches that melt away tension and enhance flexibility. As we transition into a serene savasana, let the soothing sounds on offer, envelop you; elevating your relaxation to extraordinary levels. This is your weekly escape to unwind, recharge, and re-connect to your inner tranquility.

Who is this class for? Everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
