S.K.Y. + SOUND EXPERIENCE

Gathering together, we'll tune-in and connect consciously to our voices, our bodies, our minds, breath; our life force energy! All aspects of self will be polished & shined in this experience.

SKY + SOUND includes-

-Movement to strengthen our bodies. Stretching, swaying, dancing and laughing. All designed for the benefit of our inately intelligent and powerful vessel!

-Meditation. Specifically the simple, enjoyable and highly researched Kirtan Kriya Meditation! This meditation offers activations, inter-connection and enhanced memory function for a balanced brain.

-Sound Bath Experience. This is no ordinary sound bath. This is a journey through frequency, vibration and nurturing intentions for peace, freedom and well being through your entire being! Kim uses the symphonic gong, crystal bowls & chimes, a wonderfully unique therapy harp, tibetan bowls, soothing ocean drum and more!

Your soul will be lit, from the inside, out.
