EBB + FLOW

Join the dynamic Kiele Abraham for an engaging Vinyasa flow class that blends creative sequencing, mobility work, and mindful movement. Each session is designed to reflect the natural ebb and flow of life, embracing both challenge and ease. The practice begins with intention setting and breathwork to ground us in the present, followed by a fluid sequence that encourages exploration, strength, and self-awareness. Expect a mix of structured flow and intuitive movement, with adaptable options to meet you where you are. The class concludes with restorative postures and deep reflection, allowing you to release what no longer serves you while fostering inner balance and connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave feeling inspired, refreshed, and more in tune with yourself.

Who is this class for? Beginners with some experience, and advanced yogis alike.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
