MORNING MOVEMENT

Kickstart your weekend with Morning Movement, an invigorating vinyasa flow yoga class that will get your energy flowing! Led by the dynamic Alicia Richardson, this class features energizing sequences designed to warm up your body while emphasizing alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Alicia’s hands-on adjustments will help you deepen each posture, ensuring you’re getting the most out of your practice. We’ll wrap up with some slower-paced postures to promote calm and relaxation, leaving you refreshed. Join us for a fun and uplifting morning ritual!

Who is this class for? This class is a physical challenge, and is suitable for experienced beginners + advanced yogis alike.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
