We have moved permanently to Farnworth Methodist Church Hall Derby Road, Widnes WA8 9JX for Tai Chi Beginners

If you are interested in gentle exercise that will help your health and wellbeing both bodily and mentally. Feel a sense of calm and peace after the class. As one of the new students said after the class her thoughts and worries had disappeared during that hour of Tai Chi and her mind was quiet.
