Slowdown Sunday

Slow Down Sunday – An afternoon of relaxation and connection before Christmas.

As we approach the hustle and bustle of the festive season join Vivienne and Elaine for an afternoon of meditation and healing.

Wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and embrace a relaxing meditation while receiving Reiki healing.

Join a group of like-minded people and share tips on navigating the challenges of the season (without losing yourself! – yes there will be some laughs too!). Learn to use affirmations and mindfulness tools to centre and ground yourself.

Enjoy sharing oracle cards along with a cuppa and a treat.

Pre-booking required as space is limited. Sunday 7 December 2pm-5pm. €55 per person (or bring a friend and pay €50 each).
