Bealtaine Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Looking forward to being back at the beautiful @ourspace.ie studio in Rathnew on May 11th to share an afternoon of cacao, breathwork and sound healing to celebrate Bealtaine.
We’ll drink ceremonial grade @magicearthcacao from Peru, set our intentions as we head into summer, journey into a deep meditation with conscious connected breathwork and an immersive sound journey with my deeply resonant @grottasonora gongs and alchemy crystal bowls. There will be gentle movement and maybe some ecstatic dance, and we’ll finish off with oracle card pulling for guidance, optional journaling, tea and treats.
