Women's Wellness Meet-Up

This idea has been living in my head for months and finally I've managed to pull it together! A monthly meet, for women, focusing on the things that matter - health, wellness and connection.

We all know that women's health issues have been ignored and trivialised for eternity. We also know that when women come together, amazing things happen. So, I want you to invite you to learn, share and build the confidence to take control of all areas of your health and wellbeing.

We'll meet monthly with guest experts, for honest chats, from hormones to energy and everything in between. I'll be on hand to answer any questions and point you in the right direction.

And don't feel you need to be going through a health crisis to join us! I would love to build a community of women who want to do more to look after themselves, who want to future proof their health and who want to make connections with others who feel the same. Connect with like-minded women, get expert tips, and leave feeling empowered.
