Join us in this workshop where we will explore the numerous benefits of meditation, relaxation techniques, connecting with your inner self, and practicing mindfulness.

Our main goal is to equip you with tools to make your meditation practice more accessible by creating a personalised map to guide your focus during meditation sessions.

This workshop is designed for individuals of all skill levels and does not require any artistic talent.

We will introduce various methods of creating your meditation map, allowing you to cater to your unique preference.

In addition we will also have guided meditation sessions to help you practice and integrate your newfound techniques.
