Yoga Bootcamp

Start an amazing yoga journey and join us at WAY for a 4 week yoga boot camp. Work on your mental and physical body and begin feeling results immediately. Meeting twice a week practice Ashtanga yoga with lead instructor Christince. We will work on Half Primary focusing on proper and safe techniques. This class is suitable for beginners. Get individualized attention and join a community of others to keep you motivated.
