Running Nutrition Panel Discussion
Now that you're full of motivation and you have all the right gear. Let's take a deep dive into all things running nutrition. We plan to cover basic principals to guide your nutrition before, during, after, and between runs.

Bring your questions about fueling, hydration, and general nutrition. We will have a panel of high-level experts and seasoned ultra runners to share their knowledge and experience.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
5:30pm doors open | 6:00pm Group Run | 7:00pm Panel Discussion

Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
