Crazy 8’S Class 💪

Begins Thursday, June 12th
On Thursdays (8 weeks long) 📆

💰Cost: $150 for all 8 classes
💪8 strength movements (tracking progression each week)
🏋️‍♀️8 body weight or plyometric movements
⏰Each class runs up to 1 hour in length
🎯Focus: strength, endurance, core stability, power

Class times are 5am and 8am

Lifting for longevity and overall health💪🏼
