Childbirth Preparation: 4-Week Course (online or onsite)

The NewLife Center team will help you get prepared for the arrival of your child. This class is divided into weekly classes over four weeks. The team hopes to provide you with accurate information and tools to help you cope through labor while feeling confident and respected in your choices for a powerful and positive birthing experience.

🤰 Positions for laboring at home and hospital
🤰 How to support the laboring person: Breathing, massage, relaxation, etc.
🤰 Medical interventions: Induction, intervention, pain management options
🤰 Vaginal and Cesarean delivery
🤰 Normal newborn behavior
🤰 Caring for the new family after delivery
