Brightwire: Brightwire began as the Americana duo of Samuel and Kimberly Barker. Since the release of their first album, A Place to Call Home, they have expanded into a trio with the addition of Michael Helfenstein (The Grizzly Band), as well as other guest musicians. Their new album, Cracked, Flawed and Frayed, sees the band moving from the stripped-down acoustic numbers of their debut to a full band Folk-Rock/Alt. Country presentation.
